Vicone is your end-to-end costing & quoting workspace — Engineering captures parts, Sourcing runs supplier RFQs, Sales builds customer quotes, and Approvers gate them.

    Add a Customer
    Create the account you'll be quoting.

    Add a Part
    Capture material, process, and revision.

    Send a Supplier RFQ
    Get quantity-break pricing from a manufacturing partner.

    Create a Quote
    Roll up cost, target GP, and quantity breaks for the customer.

    Submit for Approval
    Route quotes that need GP, discount, or policy review.

Glossary

RFQ
Request for Quotation — pricing ask sent to a supplier.
GP %
Gross profit margin: (price − cost) / price.
Incoterm
Shipping responsibility code (EXW, FCA, DAP, …).
Lifecycle
Where a part sits: active, NPI, EOL, or obsolete.
Revision
A formal new version of a sent/locked quote.
